The Turkish state has declared curfew on three villages of Mardin's centre in the context of an operation by the Turkish army.
According to reports curfew has been imposed on the villages Ahmetli, Aytepe and Yaydere affiliated to the Mardin city centre. It is said that Turkish soldiers have mobilized in that region.
In addition the village of Altınsu and the hamlet of İncesu in Hakkari's Şemdinli district have also been placed under curfew for the same reason. It has been reported that here a military operation has already been launched.
