DBP (Party of Democratic Regions) co-chair Kamuran Yüksek was taken into custody in Amed Tuesday afternoon.

Yüksek was detained while leaving the DBP General Central Information Office, and taken to provincial police headquarters.

Police grounded Yüksek's detention on an order by a prosecutor's office.
