A group of Derin Peshmergas from South Kurdistan went to Qandil and announced that they are against the Turkish state’s invasion attacks.
As the people of South Kurdistan (Bashur) increasingly protest the Turkish state’s invasion attacks against Bashur starting in Bradost and Xakurke, the Derin Peshmerga also took action.
A group of Derin Peshmergas went to Qandil in their uniforms and weapons to issue a statement against the silence of the Bashur government in the face of the Turkish state’s invasion attacks in Bradost and Xakurke. The statement said the peshmerga stand with the guerrilla against the invasion and demanded that the government break its silence at once to take a stand against the isolation.
“WE STAND WITH THE GUERRILLA”
Derin Peshmerga Hewkar Kawa read the statement that said:
“The Turkish state is invading Bashure Kurdistan’s lands. The regional government is silent in the face of this invasion. We are calling on the government to break the silence in the face of the invasion and destruction, and to put a stop to it. We as the Derin Peshmerga will not remain silent in the face of this invasion and we stand with the guerrilla, our brothers and sisters.”
The Derin Peshmerga also visited the youth on a human shield action and said to them, “We believe your action is sacred and we support you.”
