State forces continue their siege in the village of Xerabê Bava (Koruköyü) in Mardin's Nusaybin district although a curfew declared here on February 11 was lifted one day ago.
While there is still no communication with the residents of the village, three people were reportedly executed here, and many were detained and tortured before being taken to police station.
30 people who were reportedly tortured before detention and 9 others who were tortured in the village square have been brought to police station. On the other hand, it is not known where two residents of the village were taken to.
Names of the villagers held at the anti-terror department of Nusaybin police station are: Hüseyin Toy, Gülbahar Toy, Cane Göktürk, Nihat Göktürk, Songül Koçhan, Telfa Koçhan, Emine Göktürk, Ali Göktürk, Haydar Gölçik, Sefkan Bayhan, Türkan Bayhan, Şevki Akat, Halil Zengin, Abdul Vahap Zengin, Abdülmecit Yakut, Şakir Yakut, Hasan Bayhan, Rıfat Bayhan, Mehmet Tahir Görgü, Baran Görgün, İsmail Ay, Osman Doğan, Abdullah Doğan, Ali Görgün, Hatip Tunç, muhtar, Ferhan Bayhan, Şükrü Görgün, Necmia Görgün, İsmail Tunç.
On the other hand, Sabri Görgü, Behçet Koçhan, Vasfi Doğan, Ferhan Doğan, Edip Ay, Mecit Bal, Halit Toy, Mehmet Toy and Şükrü Koçhan were also taken to Nusaybin anti-terror department after suffering torture at the village square.
In the meantime, the whereabouts is not known of Süleyman Yakut and Mehmet Bal who were taken into custody after getting tortured at the village square.
Zahir Doğan (60) and Hanife Doğan (55), who were also tortured in custody, have been released.
