Êzîdxan Asayish member killed in KDP/AKP attack on Shengal laid to rest

Êzîdxan Asayish member Selam Ali Mixebir who lost his life in the KDP-AKP gangs’ attack has been laid to rest.

Êzîdxan Asayish member Selam Ali Mixebir lost his life in the KDP-AKP gangs’ attack in Khanesor and his funeral was held in Sherfedin with the local people attending.

Selam Ali Mixebir’s body was received from the Xelef village yesterday along with the bodies of 5 YBŞ/YJŞ and HPG fighters. The body was taken to the Dugura village where the family lives for the religious ceremonies. Attendants raised YBŞ and YJŞ flags following the ceremony in front of the family home.

CALL TO RAISE THE STRUGGLE

Sherfedin official Sheikh Xelef, Bori village Women’s Assembly member Dayê Meyan and Martyr Kırêt Mıxebir’s uncle gave speeches in the ceremony. The speeches strongly condemned the attacks on the region and called to raise the struggle.

After the speeches, Martyr Amed Şengali’s body was taken to Sherfedin and laid to rest. A condolence tent was set up in front of the family home in Dugura village.

5 YBŞ/YJŞ and HPG fighters were laid to rest in Martyr Berxwedan Cemetery and Martyr Dilgeş Cemetery in Mount Shengal yesterday.
