The advance of Manbij Military Council fighters in Commander Martyr Abu Leyla Operation launched on June 1 continues.

Clashes between Manbij Military Council fighters and ISIS gangs center around the Sebih Behrat crossing to the west of the city, on the road to the city center from the Al-Sherîha Crossing.

The fighters have cleared areas of the gangs up to 200 meters in the south of the city and 400 meters in the west. Manbij fighters have gained control of 85% of the Al-Hezawnê neighborhood.

7 GANG MEMBERS KILLED

In the clashes 7 gang members were killed and 6 were captured alive along with their equipment and vehicles.

ADİYAT SCHOOL LIBERATED

Manbij Military Council fighters have cleared the Adiyat School to the south of the city completely, following two day long intense clashes.
