The HPG (People’s Defense Forces) Press Liaison Centre had made the following statement regarding the action:
"Şehîd Delîl Western Zap region;
On 12 May at 17:05, a digger belonging to the invaders involved in road construction in Girê Amediyê Resistance Area was targeted with heavy weapons and was destroyed."
