Gerîla TV has released footage from an action in which guerrillas hit the Rubarok outpost in Hakkari’s Şemdinli district with 24 rockets on September 10.

People’s Defense Forces (HPG) Press Office released the following statement on the mentioned action;

“In the second stage of the Martyr Bedran Gundikremo and Martyr Nalin Muş Revolutionary Initiative, our forces carried out effective actions against the invading Turkish army in Şemzînan (Şemdinli) district of Hakkari.

In the first action conducted at around 14:40 on September 10, our forces targeted the Rubarok outpost, hitting the emplacements and buildings of the enemy in the outpost site with 24 rockets.

Many emplacements were destroyed and a building was targeted at direct hit, leaving the building on fire for two hours despite all the efforts of the enemy forces, and burned to the ground consequently.

Several soldiers in the outpost fled the site driving away in vehicles at the outpost as the action started and continued.

The number of soldiers killed or wounded in this action couldn’t be clarified.”
