Gerîla TV broadcast the footage of the action which resulted in the death of 5 Turkish soldiers in the Girê Hakkarî Resistance Area.

The HPG Press Center made the following statement regarding the action:

"An action against the invaders in Girê Hakkarî Resistance Area was carried out by our mobile teams at 6.10pm on 6 September. Five soldiers were killed as a result of this action."
