Great March for Freedom continues despite the heavy snowfall

The "Great March for Freedom" continues despite the cold weather and heavy snowfall.

The "Great Freedom March" demanding freedom for Kurdish People's Leader Abdullah Öcalan and a democratic solution to the Kurdish question is on its fourth day.

Participants, including Democratic Regions Party (DBP) co-chair Keskin Bayındır, Med Detainees and Convict Families and Federation of Legal and Solidarity Associations (MED TUHAD-FED) co-chair Emine Kaya, and People's Equality and Democracy Party (DEM Party) MPs, left from Hakkari (Colemêrg) today, despite the heavy snowfall. 

The participants were sent off with applause and slogans from the DEM Party Hakkari Provincial Organization and were welcomed by the people in the village of Aşut (Çığlı) in Çelê district (Çukurca).

The march set out towards Beytüşşebap (Elkê) in the province of Şirnak.
