Air operations against the Medya Defense Zones are now faced by guerrillas on a daily basis. The Turkish army has carried out thousands of air strikes, especially against the Zap and Avasin areas. These lands are not only a war zone where guerrillas are located, but also a cultural heritage known as the cradle of the social development of mankind. However, this heritage is burned, destroyed and plundered by Turkish air strikes, howitzers and mortar attacks carried out every day. With these attacks, the Turkish army is targeting not only the Kurdistan freedom guerrillas, but also the historical memory of Kurdish society. It is plundering the lands of the Zagros mountains. The parts of the bombs burned fields. Unexploded cauldrons and rockets, marbles that you come across at every step you take on this land reveal the brutal and predatory attacks of the Turkish army.

The Turkish army keeps spreading the news that the guerrillas are over and that there are only two hundred of them left and this news has been spread for years. In other words, what is certain is that the Turkish state, which contradicts even their own fake news, could not get the results it wanted against the guerrillas despite the technology in their hands.

There are traces of this war all over the Medya Defense Areas, like boiler bombs containing at least one or two tons of explosives and poisonous gases. The Turkish state uses these boiler bombs even against a single guerrilla when detected in the field. Those who see how these very expensive bombs are used against the guerrillas, can easily understand why Turkish society is suffering from an economic crisis and can’t get out of it.

It is also clear that the Turkish state does not always get results with this technology and bombs, for which it allocates a large part of its budget.

YJA Star guerrilla Beritan Leyla pointed out that her friends used the explosives in these boiler bombs to act against the enemy again, and stated: "They rely on their technology and claim that they are very successful. However, they do not always get results. The guerrillas empty the inside of the boiler part and use the explosives in it to carry out successful actions.

In other words, said guerrilla Leyla, “these bombs, which they trust so much, do not always explode. As you can see, they are using these bombs against us. They use all inhuman practices against the guerrillas. These attacks are carried out not only against us, but also against our environment. With these bombs, they set fire to our lands and places where we are located. But none of these methods is an obstacle to the success of the guerrillas. As you can see, their technology is under the feet of the YJA Star guerrillas."
