Guerrillas have carried out an action on the forces participating in the current operation in the Barzan region. 2 assassin soldiers were killed in the action while in Çukurca, 4 soldiers were killed.
Guerrilla forces hit the Turkish army conducting an operation in the Koordine territory in Southern Kurdistan’s Barzan region.
Reports say the guerrillas carried out an action yesterday at around 17.00 against 2 Turkish assassin soldiers positioned on the Koordine hill. 2 soldiers were killed in the action.
Meanwhile, in the Petro area in Hakkari’s Çukurca district, guerrillas carried out an action on construction equipment building a road for operation purposes. 5 people (4 of them soldiers) who were close to the equipment were killed in the action.
The Turkish army reportedly removed the casualties from the area via helicopter.
