HDK: Silence in the face of Iranian attacks is unaccaptable

HDK Secretary General Aso Hesenzade said; “The silence of some Southern Kurdistan parties and the international community in the face of Iranian attacks, is unacceptable.”

After executing three Kurdish activists, the Iranian regime bombed the bases of Kurdistan Democratic Party (Hizba Demokrata Kurdistanê, HDK) and Kurdistan Democratic Party of Iran (Hizba Demokrata Kurdistanê- İranê, HDK-İ) in Koye district of Hewler on September 8. The bombardment left 15 people dead and over 40 wounded.

HDK Secretary General Aso Hesenzade held a press conference in Hewler (Erbil) on the attack of the Iranian forces.

Aso Hesenzade said they had estimated the probability of such an attack by Iran, continuing; “Iran is afraid of our force, and this is why it is attacking savagely. The silence of some Southern Kurdistan parties and the international community in the face of Iranian attacks, is unacceptable.”

Aso Hesenzade added, “Whatever Iran might do, we will keep our struggle going.”
