The Press Office of HPG (People's Defense Forces) announced that 2 soldiers were killed in the Oremar region of Hakkari’s Gever district as a result of a guerrilla action, and 1 other soldier was killed in Şırnak’s Uludere district.

HPG Media Center stated that guerrillas carried out an action against Turkish state forces positioned around the Martyr Zerdeş and Martyr Rahime hills in Oremar between 08:00 and 08:30 this morning. 2 soldiers died and the Turkish army bombarded Martyr Rahime hill after the action.

HPG also announced that 1 soldier died as a result of an assassination action by guerrillas targeting state forces positioned on the Şehidan hill in Şırnak’s Uludere district. 1 soldier got injured and state forces bombarded the area near Tepe Sor military post after the action.

Lastly, HPG stated that Turkish soldiers launched an operation in Hizan district of Bitlis on April 10 and keeps hidden units in the region despite its withdrawal on April 11.
