The daily statement published by the Press Office of People’s Defense Forces (HPG-BIM) reads as follows;
“Within the scope of the Martyr Pîroz and Martyr Agirî Revolutionary Campaign, on July 9, at 07.30, our guerrilla forces carried out an assassination action against the occupying Turkish army soldiers stationed on the Lêlkan hill in Bradost region of Sidekan, within the territory of Southern Kurdistan. In the action, one enemy soldier was killed.
Warplanes of the occupying Turkish army bombarded the Hakkari hill and Dola Bazê area, on the July 8, between 15:30 and 16:00 and Şeranê area in the Garê Region on July 9, at 19:30 in the Medya Defense Zones.”
