HPG reports Turkish air raids in South Kurdistan

The Turkish state continues its attacks against southern Kurdistan, northern Iraq as part of its genocidal war against the Kurdish people and their lands.

The Press Office of People’s Defense Forces (HPG) reported continued aerial attacks by the Turkish army against guerrilla-held Medya Defense Zones in southern Kurdistan, northern Iraq.

According to the statement by HPG Press Office, Turkish fighter jets shelled the following locations;

Hill Golka in Metina region at 18:20 on March 1st,

Şikefta Birindara and Saca areas in Zap region at 10:00 on March 2nd.

HPG added that the attacks did not result in casualties or injuries in guerrilla ranks.
