YPG Media Center shared the identity details of YPG fighters who lost their lives in the attack jointly conducted by ISIS and Turkish soldiers on February 26 with the public. The YPG statement is as follows:

“The struggle for honour waged in Rojava inspires awe in the whole world.

On February 26, our forces defended their land in a devoted resistance against the joint attack of ISIS and Turkish soldiers.

In clashes in the Turkmen village of Hemam, fathers and sons in YPG ranks have added to this epic of heroism.”
