According to Iran-based Kargernews, Iranian border guards captured a 13 years old child and then tortured him to death at the border of Qetûr village in Xoy city of Urmia province.
The 13 years old child, identified as Resul Yusif, was reportedly working as a kolbar (load carriers on the border for daily wage) and lost his life after having a cerebral haemorrhage due to severe torture he suffered.
Reports say that Yusif was carrying 20 litres oil when he was captured at the border.
Residents of Qetûr village retrived Yusif’s lifeless body and protested the brutal murder with a demonstration in front of the positions of Iranian soldiers.
