The Iranian regime continues its attacks on border porters and has detained 211 kolbers and kesibkars in the last 72 hours.
Iranian regime forces commander Şêrzad Hacîzede made a press statement at the border of Makû city in Urmia province of Rojhilat (Eastern) Kurdistan. Hacîzede announced that 211 kolbers ((workers who carry loads on their back on the border for a fee) and kesibkars (workers who carry loads on the border with a vehicle) during the last 72 hours.
Şêrzad Hacîzede stated that most of the kolbers and kesibkars have been taken into custody at Makû border, claiming that majority of these have no Iranian ID card, and adding; “They are not Iranians, they are foreigners.”
