The operation to liberate Shengal which is being participated by HPG and YJA-Star guerrillas, YBŞ-YPJ-Shengal units and peshmerga forces, is going on.

As the fighting between ISIS gangs and Kurdish, Êzîdî forces continues, guerrillas and YBŞ, YPJ-Shengal units have taken control of the road between Solak and Tal Afar.

During the ongoing clashes in east Shengal, guerrillas have seized two bomb-laden hammer vehicles and a large quantity of ammunition belonging to the gangs.

While the explosives have been neutralized, more ISIS groups have started to flee towards Ramnbosi village in panic after suffering heavy losses in the battle wih the forces of resistance.
