ISIS gangs attacked the positions of Shengal Resistance Units (YBŞ) in Shengal’s Mediban village this morning, and suffered heavy losses during the clashes that ended half an hour ago. The bodies of dead ISIS gangs are reportedly within the YBŞ-controlled territory.

YBŞ forces quickly responded to the attack of ISIS gangs in armored vehicles, and destroyed a Hummer-type vehicle while killing many gangs. Some ISIS vehicles are said to fall in the defensive ditches dug by the YBŞ, who is expected to make a statement on the clashes later today.
