In a statement in their official website, Jaysh al-Thuwar (The Army of Revolutionaries) announced that Al-Nusra and supporting gangs had attacked positions around Şêx Îsa town to the east of Til Rifat (Arfed) town last night and said:

“The fighters of Jaysh al-Thuwar have retaliated against the gangs’ attacks with the help of YPG/YPJ forces.

One YPG fighter was martyred and two Jaysh al-Thuwar fighters were wounded in the clashes. Several gang members were killed and wounded in the same clashes. A definite number of killed gang members can’t be attained as the clashes continue in some parts of the region.

We will not be silent in the face of the gangs’ attacks and artillery attacks on Aleppo’s Şêx Meqsûd neighborhood and we will retaliate gloriously against these attacks.”
