Kobanê massacre victims to be remembered today
Victims of the ISIS massacre in Kobanê will be remembered today on the anniversary of the mass killing of civilians.
252 civilians had been killed on June 25, 2015 in a massacre committed by ISIS gangs in Rojava's Kobanê town with the support of the Turkish state.
A ceremony to remember the victims at the 'Cemetery of 25 June Martyrs' will be attended by Kobanê Canton administrators, representatives of institutions and political parties and residents. All institutions in the town will remain closed today.
