The Iraqi army and forces allied to them have been attacking Southern Kurdistan, and have evacuated homes in Kurdish neighborhoods to settle in and turn them into headquarters.

Kurds’ homes in the Ma Askar Xalit neighborhood have been reportedly evacuated and used for military purposes.
