'Leader Öcalan is a Guest in Your Home' campaign in Shengal

Women are presenting brochures and photographs of Abdullah Öcalan to the houses they visit in the Yazidi town of Shengal (Sinjar).

The "Leader Apo is a Guest in Your Home" campaign, which was initiated within the scope of the Yazidi Free Women's Movement's (TAJÊ) campaign for freedom for Kurdish People's Leader Abdullah Öcalan's freedom and autonomy for Shengal, continues.

Within the framework of the campaign led by TAJÊ in Shengal, women are presenting brochures and photographs of Abdullah Öcalan to the houses they visit.

Sinûn Women's Assembly members visited families in Borik as part of the campaign and presented Abdullah Öcalan's photographs to the families.

Sinûn Women's Assembly Member Welat Cano said during the visit: "We cannot be free until our leader is free. We will follow his ideas until the end. We will do whatever we have to do for his physical freedom."

Borik Women's Assembly Member Xoxê Seydo said during a visit to a house: "As the Women's Assembly, we present photographs of Leader Apo (Abdullah Öcalan), thanks to whose ideas we survived the genocide of 2014."

During the visits to many houses, gifts were presented and the welcoming families both expressed their satisfaction and gave messages that Abdullah Öcalan will continue to be a guest in their homes.
