'Lets object to Turkey’s invasion of Rojava'

TEV-DEM stated that the Turkey’s invasion of Efrin’s Hemamê village is immoral and in violation of all international agreements.
TEV-DEM condemned Turkish army’s decision to set up a checkpoint and insult and threaten civilians in the Hemamê village of Efrin’s Cindirêsê district on May 27. TEV-DEM described the invasion as immoral and in violation of all international agreements, and called upon human rights organizations to object to the invasion.
In its statement, TEV-DEM noted that intense clashes have taken place on Syrian soil since the beginning of the revolution 5 years ago, and the Turkish state supported jihadist gangs in order to take advantage of this environment. TEV-DEM emphasized that Turkey has been working against the construction of democratic autonomy in Syria, and the violation of the border as well as the recent invasion target the political, diplomatic and military gains of Rojava.
Lastly, TEV-DEM called upon the entire globe and human rights organizations to object to the Turkish state’s invasion of Rojava.
