The Operation of Manbij Military Council to liberate Manbij city and its surroundings from ISIS gangs continues on its 23rd day.

The military campaign which was renamed as “Operation Martyr Commander Faysal Abu Layla” after his fall, is witnessing an ongoing success and advancement by Manbij Military Council village by village and vicinity by vicinity.

The military forces partaking in the operation continue to advance from the western side of the Manbij city.

Combatants of the Manbij Military Council continue with their offensives against ISIS gangs who therewith resort to car bombs in an effort to stop their advance.

Clashes are taking place in several areas where gang groups attempting at infiltration have been spotted and intervened by fighters of the Manbij Military Council.
