The ISIS-occupied city of Manbij has been besieged from four sides in the scope of the Martyr Commander Faysal Abu Layla Operation which continues successfully in its 10th day. Civilians are leaving the city in groups and they are being transferred to safe areas by fighters of the Manbij Military Council and Syrian Democratic Forces.

A group of 20 civilians have arrived in the village of Mishrefa to the norteast of the city by carrying white flags and they have been enabled access to safe areas.

The civilians from Manbij state that they are weary of ISIS atrocity and happy for the arrival of combatants from the Manbij Military Council and Syrian Democratic Forces.
