Fighting between guerrillas and Turkish soldiers in Şemdinli that broke out in Serero (İncesu) hamlet in Şapatan village 5 km to Hakkari's Şemdinli district is ongoing.
Turkish military started a bombardment targeting the clashes area from the surrounding outposts and the shelling started a fire in a forested area. Further details on the fighting are yet not available.
