A new group has taken over the hunger strike held in the Maxmur Refugee Camp to break the isolation and achieve Ocalan’s freedom.
The hunger strike launched in the Martyr Rustem Cudi (Maxmur) Refugee Camp against the aggravated isolation imposed upon Kurdish People’s Leader Abdullah Ocalan continues on its 10th day. The fourth group made up of 11 men and 9 women has taken over the protest.
Bapir Gundikremo spoke in the name of the group taking over the hunger strike and said, ”The resistance Mazlum started in the Amed dungeon continues to grow every day. No power can weaken us, or turn us away from our fight. We will continue our action until the end. There will be more actions until we hear from Leader Apo.”
