According to the information received, a military operation was launched in the villages in the Geliyê Dirî region in Yüksekova (Gever) on Sunday evening.

It was reported that the operation continued in the plateaus and pastures in the rural areas of the villages of Soryan, Bilindbasan and Birdik.

There is also information of intense military activity in the Navşiyan Plateau.

Helicopter activity has been registered in the area where the operation has started since Monday morning, while armored vehicles have been dispatched by land.

The Turkish army is preventing people in the operation area from going outside the villages.

It was reported that military activity was also experienced in the Masîro and Dirîşke areas in the rural areas of Başkale (Elbak) in Van (Wan).
