The Newroz Preparatory Committee in Kobanê Canton of Rojava, West Kurdistan last night visited Dicle Martyrs' Cemetery on occasion of the Kurdish New Year, Newroz.

The visit to Kurdish martyrs was also joined by Democratic Autonomous Administration officials, families of martyrs, members of NGOs and Kobanê Organisation of Rojava Youth's Union (YCR).

Following a moment of silence for the martyrs of revolution, flowers were placed and candles were lit around the graves of Kurdish combatants who fought and fell defending their land.
