State forces raided civilian Adil Gür’s house in Xaçort (Hacıbekir) neighborhood of Van’s central İpekyolu district and executed one person last night. The special operations police forced home owners Adil Gür and Kevser Gül, then shot two bullets in Adil Gür’s leg and tore physically disabled Kevser Gül’s right foot toe with a crowbar.

Adil Gür’s young son D. Gür said, “They raided the house all of a sudden. They came in and killed a person inside. They later forced my father to the ground and shot two bullets into his foot. And they hit Kevser Gül’s right foot with a crowbar and her toe came off.”

Adil Gül and Kevser Gül were detained in their wounded state and Mazlum Gür, Abdi Gür and Dilbirin Karabey were severely battered and taken into custody.
