Clash erupted between HPG guerrillas and Turkish forces on an operation in the countryside of Dokuzkaya (Marga Sor) village in Dersim's Nazimiye district.

According to reports, one soldier was wounded in the clash and hospitalized. While sporadic clashes continue, Turkish army's Cobra type helicopters are reportedly shelling the operation area.
