A military operation was carried out by the Iraqi army and Hashd al Shaabi forces against ISIS gangs in Xaneqin.

Several gang positions were destroyed and some military equipment was confiscated.

Meanwhile, in a landmine explosion during minesweeping efforts, 2 Hashd al Shaabi members lost their lives.
