Failing to intimidate the people with massacres, the political genocide operations continue under orders from the AKP-Palace trying to make Kurdish people surrender with detentions and arrests.

HAKKARİ

13 people from Vezirava (Vezirli) village who had been detained in operations in their homes on March 29, 2 kilometers from Hakkari’s Gever (Yüksekova) district center, were sent to Yüksekova Courthouse after their interrogation in the police headquarters.

After statements in the prosecutor’s office, Mehmet Şerif Han was sent to the court and was arrested. He was sent to Hakkari Closed Prison.

BİNGÖL

Kargapazar village, in Bingöl’s Karlıova district, was blockaded by several armored vehicles. The soldiers, searching the houses in the village one by one, detained the following people: Karlıova Municipality ex-mayor Ferit Çelik, Abdülbaki Sürmeli, Emre Söylemez, Muharrem Uzun, Yakup Uzun, Mehmet İnce, Resul Demiralp, Yusuf Demiralp, Behçet Özmen, Ethem Özmen, Müştak Özmen, Ali Çelik, Cengiz Aral, Hatip Gültekin, Medin Aydın, Sadi Avcı and Baki Nalçacı.

BATMAN

Police and special operations units conducted simultaneous raids in several neighborhoods in Batman. The following people were detained and taken to the main Police Headquarters: Aziz Okay, Agit Erdoğan, Serhat Yılmaz, Burak Aba and Mazlum Gitmez.

DBP provincial executive Hatice Dayan was taken into custody in an evening raid at her home in Siirt’s Barış Neighborhood. She was taken to the police headquarters.
