The Kurdistan Free Women’s Party (PAJK) Coordination issued a statement on its official website regarding the allegations about the situation of Kurdish People's Leader Abdullah Öcalan.

The statement by PAJK Coordination includes the following:

“The genocidal and occupation attacks carried out by the global and regional pro-hegemony powers against the will of our people and our party continue at the highest level and in all aspects. The ideas that redesign the world and the region are introduced to destroy, massacre and purge those who seek regional and global peace, especially our Leader, our party, cadres and sympathizers of our party.

‘KURDISH PEOPLE GOING THROUGH A DANGEROUS PROCESS’

The genocidal attacks against the Free Kurd and its status for forty years have been carried out systematically and jointly by the global occupying forces. The global powers do not have an agenda to recognize the will of the Kurdish people, especially Leader Apo, who represents our people, and to solve the Kurdish problem. What they call a solution is nothing more than deception.

Today, this policy is being carried out against the Kurdish people in an open, planned and systematic manner. This shows us that the Kurdish people are going through the most critical and dangerous process. The attacks launched by the Turkish state and the treacherous line against Garê on the 22nd anniversary of the February 15 international conspiracy were part of the attacks which aimed at breaking and destroying the will of the Kurdish people. With the struggle, war and resistance of the freedom guerrilla, this policy was defeated in Garê.

'THIS IS THE WAR OF EVERY KURD’

The occupying and fascist Turkish state, together with global hegemonic forces, want to achieve their goals through the attacks they conduct against our Leader. The news about the health and safety of our Leader means the beginning of a deep and endless war against the will of our party and people. With such news, an uncontrolled war is being waged on our people. This war is no longer waged only militarily, but in all areas of life. Therefore, for our people, there is no other way to bring freedom other than a tough and common struggle. Today, this war is the war of every Kurd.

‘THIS IS A WAR FOR EXISTENCE’

As PAJK, we are waging a struggle for freedom together with our people, comrades and friends. Until we succeed in this war and achieve the physical freedom of our Leader, which is one of our main goals, there can be no excuse to slow down the war. This is a war for existence.

‘EVERYONE SHOULD FILL THEIR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITY’

On this basis, we call on all our people to claim Leader Apo (Öcalan) in the spirit of revolutionary people's war. We should take to the streets with all our forces and creative methods. We call on all friends who love Leader Apo, democrats, anarchists, feminists, ecological people and especially women and youth, to claim Leader Apo. In this war of freedom, everyone must fulfill their role and responsibility."
