The AKP-MHP regime has accelerated political genocide practices against the Kurdish people and the HDP (Peoples’ Democratic Party) who will be playing a critical role in their defeat.

In Amed’s central Baglar district, HDP members who are responsible for campaigning had their homes raided by the police this morning. DBP (Democratic Regions’ Party) Baglar District Co-chair Hasret Akay, Bagcilar Election Bureau Officers Sinan Doğan, Saadettin Akay, Yasin Biet, Arzu Karaman and Özlem Noyan were detained in the raids.

The detainees were taken to the police headquarters after the search in their homes.
