The AKP distributes cheap goods, coal and food before every election to get people’s votes, and they started to distribute coal before the upcoming elections this time as well. But the citizens are not taking the coal, and the coal is left out in the open.

The Van Governorate and the AKP Province Branch are conducting the election efforts together. The governor-backed AKP Province Branch was out distributing coal in Edremit district, but the coal was left out in the open when the people refused to take the bags.

Citizens protested the distribution of coal and said, “We can see why they would give out coal in the summer. They think they can trick us with things like this, but they are deeply mistaken. We have already made up our minds.”
