Police attacked the "Democratic peoples reunion against intervention" event organized by the HDP, DBP, DTK and HDK in Siirt. DTK Co-Presidents Hatip Dicle and Leyla Güven, HDK Co-Spokesperson Ertuğrul Kürkçü, HDP Group Deputy Chairperson İdris Baluken, HDP parliamentarians, and DBP co-mayors attended the "Democratic peoples reunion against intervention" event in Siirt. Police attacked the civilians in front of the provincial HDP building with pressurized water and pepper spray, and the civilians responded with slogans to the attack.

Kurdish politicians are currently addressing the crowd that gathered in front of the municipality.
