At around 9pm on December 13, Turkish jets carried out a bombardment on the Rustem Cudi (Makhmur) Refugee Camp in southern Kurdistan, northern Iraq. The aggression killed four civilian women.
Reconnaissance aircraft flew over the camp throughout Saturday, as was the case during the past 5 days before the attack.
