Rojava Cantons Coordination took key decisions during its meeting yesterday. Coordination members including Kobanê canton representatives Executive Council Co-President Enwer Muslin and his deputy Xalid Bergel, Legislative Assembly Co-Presidents Fayza Ebdê and Nîhad Ehemed, and Democratic Autonomy Administration Consultant Rûken Ehmed participated in the meeting on May 22. Cizîr canton representatives Executive Council Co-President Ebdulkerîm Sarûxan, deputies Husên Ezam and Şamîran Şemûn, Legislative Assembly Co-Presidents Hekem Xelo and Nezîra Goriyê, and Assembly Council members Ekrem Mehşûş, Perwîn Mihemed and Ebdulkerîm Siko were also present during the meeting. Efrîn canton representatives joined the meeting through Skype.

SOME KEY DECISIONS

Below are some of the key decisions taken during the meeting:

"The establishment of strategic research and planning bureaus in each canton;

The formation of academies for the training of Democratic Autonomy Administration members in each canton;

The review of the three Canton Executive Assemblies and the formation of an organ to coordinate the three;

The formation of a committee that maintains constant communication with the Founding Assembly of the Rojava-North Syria Democratic Federal System."
