Several HDP and DBP members detained in Mardin
Many members of the HDP and DBP have been taken into custody in Kızıltepe, Mardin.
Turkish security forces carried out house raids in Kızıltepe district of Mardin Friday morning. The operation targeted members of the Peoples’ Democratic Party (HDP) and Democratic Regions’ Party (DBP).
The detainees include DBP Party Assembly former member Yasemin Demirkaya and DBP Kızıltepe district former co-chair Hakkı Akansel.
