Shengal martyrs to be laid to rest today
4 YBŞ/YJŞ members, 1 Êzîdxan Asayish member and 1 HPG guerrilla who lost their lives during the attacks of KDP groups in Shengal, will be laid to rest in Shengal today.
4 members of the Shengal/Women's Defense Units (YBŞ/YJŞ), 1 member of Êzîdxan Asayish (Êzîdî Land Public Security) and 1 guerrilla of the HPG (People's Defense Forces) who lost their lives during the attacks of KDP groups in Shengal, will be laid to rest in Shengal today.
HPG guerrilla Newroz Guvercin (Çekdar Sinan), YBŞ fighters Elyas Xelef İsa Xidir (Çiya Zerdeşt), Zuleyha Sarialtun (Tekoşin Serhed), Xidir Meto Quto (Şoreş Siba) and Feysel Xelef Nepsa Dirbo (Arif Tilqesap), and Êzîdxan Asayiş member Selam Eli Mixebir (Amed Şengali) will be laid to rest today.
Bodies of the martyrs will be retrieved from Xelef village of Khanesor and brought to Mount Shengal today before reliegious ceremonies and burial at Martyr Berxwedan and Martyr Dilgeş Cemetery of Martyrs.
On the other hand, HPG guerrilla Sipan Hemo (Orhan Baran) will be laid to rest at home, Qamishlo city of Rojava.
