Soldiers cause fire in Kulp
As a result of shots fired from the military police station a fire erupted in a village in the surrounding of Kulp, province of Amed. Extinguishing the fire was not allowed.
A fire erupted in the village of Barin, in Kulp (province of Amed) as the result of shots from the military police station.
Quickly the fire spread to the mountainous area.
The soldiers did not allow the villagers to extinguish the fire by their own means.
