In Pakîre (Dalören) village in Dersim’s Hozat district, Alişan İlkbahar was going to the gendarmerie outpost in the village to sign daily documents as part of his parole when the vehicle he was in was raked by the soldiers just before they reached the outpost. Alişan İlkbahar’s son Mesut İlkbahar was seriously wounded in the abdomen. Mesut İlkbahar was taken to first the district, and then to the public hospital where he lost his life.

His father was held in the outpost for a while and then released.

Meanwhile, locals have reported that the soldiers shot fires around the area randomly to make it look like a clash, and a fire broke out in the lands of Xoşan (Uzundal) village due to the soldiers’ fire.
