Turkish military and police forces began to demolish buildings in Cudi neighborhood as they continue to mistreat and threaten civilians. Cizre locals object to the destruction but state employees continue their destruction and clean-up efforts.

Emine Yanar, a Cizre resident, said that state forces tried to demolish her house without any authorization, and emphasized that she and her family would not abandon the streets and neighborhoods of Cizre.
