Tevgera Azadî vows to present solution to Iraq’s problems

Tevgera Azadî Deputy Co-chair Hüseyin Kerküki stated that the issues in Southern Kurdistan and Iraq will be resolved with the project they prepared and presented to the society.

Tevgera Azadî joined the Southern Kurdistan’s political life three years ago and has been approved by Iraq in recent days as an official political party. Tevgera Azadî has been active in Southern Kurdistan since its founding, but the Southern Kurdistan government found an excuse to reject their appeals to be officially recognized every time. Tevgera Azadî filed papers with the Iraqi Central Government five months ago and has celebrated receiving the official approval yesterday with a party.

Deputy Co-chair Hüseyin Kerküki spoke at the celebrations and congratulated the members, supporters and administrators of the movement receiving official status. Kerküki said they are the best candidate for the resolution of the issues in Southern Kurdistan and Iraq.

“OUR PROJECT IS TO LIVE IN PEACE AS BROTHERS IN IRAQ”

Kerküki said with the movement receiving official recognition, their duty and responsibility have increased. Kerküki said the following on the project they see as a solution to the issues in Southern Kurdistan and Iraq: “From now on, our duty and responsibility increase even further. Duty awaits in Iraq and Southern Kurdistan. We had announced before that we are open to working with all parties in Southern Kurdistan and Iraq, in general, to resolve the issues in Iraq and Southern Kurdistan, and we repeat this once more.

Political parties have tried diverse methods and ways to resolve the issues before, but there have been no results. I repeat once again that the solution to the issues is through our project, and we can achieve a solution with our project.

Our project isn’t prepared just for Southern Kurdistan. It is for all of Iraq in general. Our project is the democratic nation project where all Iraqi peoples can live together in peace.

The history of Iraqi peoples living together goes back very far. We will work with this historic past and work together to create solutions. We can do this, and we have the strength do it. We will work to gain the trust of our people to this end.”
