Turkish police raked a car in central Van province late Monday evening, which left three people dead and one other wounded.
One of those killed in the armed attack is reported to be an executive of the DBP (Democratic Regions' Party) in the central Edremit district, Ahmet Demirağaç.
The scene of the police attack remains under siege of Turkish forces.
