Erol Volkan Ildem, Nubar, member of the TKP / ML-Central Committee, and Fadime Çakıl, Rosa, TKP / ML TIKKO Unit Commander, fell martyr as a result of air strikes carried out by the Turkish army in Dersim in September 2020.
TKP/ML TİKKO guerrilla fighter Fadime Çakıl (Rosa) fell a martyr in the air strikes carried out by the Turkish army in Dersim’s Ovacık district on 6-9 September.
The body of Çakıl was taken by her family from the Forensic Medicine Institute in Malatya province to the village of Alhan in Dersim’s Mazgirt district for burial.
The family, who had already been threatened by the police against participation in the funeral, has found all the roads leading to Mazgirt closed.
Following a funeral in the Alhan village, Rosa was buried next to her brother Zeynel Çakıl (Haydar) who had also fallen a martyr in the TİKKO ranks in the Mercan mountains of Dersim in 2018.
